America’s Next Top Model

America’s Next Top Model is a veteran contest series created by the most talented and the most beautiful woman in the modern fashion world – Tyra Banks, who also hosted and judged 22 seasons of the modelling program. America’s Next Top Model, a product of 10 by 10 Entertainment in a collaborate effort with The Tyra Banks Company, is developed by Mok and Kenya Barris. America’s Next Top Model cycle 1 hit the small screen on the UPN channel in spring 2003. Now, it is available on The CW channel.

In the beginning of the series back in 2003, the judging panel consisted of Tyra, fashion expert Jay Manuel, commonly beloved runway coach J. Alexander and a used-to-be model and a professional photographer Nigel Barker. Such prominent persons as Twiggy, Kelly Cutrone and many others assisted the experts in organizing contests and judging aspiring models. Each week one of the girls was eliminated until only one left.

Unfortunately, Tyra decided to stop after making twenty-two runs of America’s Next Top Model. In October 2015 she twitted the following: TYRA MAIL! Thinking #ANTM22 should be our last cycle. Believing it’s time to finish, Tyra also tells us to keep smizing!

However, the producers decided to go on. Season 23 is the first one hosted by Rita Ora, a world-renowned singer and designer. We are sure she will manage to keep America’s Next Top Model on a roll due to her personal charisma and unmistakable style.
