BoJack Horseman

BoJack Horseman is a long-running animated series for adults that comes from the production studios Tornante Company and Shadow Machine.The drama and comedy animation program is created by Raphael Bob-Waksberg (Olde English Comedy: Sketch Pilot, 2019 The Lego Movie Sequel (rewrite) and The Exquisite Corpse Project). BoJack Horseman was released on August 22, 2014.

The plot of the story is set in LA and revolves around BoJack Horseman, the secluded sitcom star of the 1990s. BoJack plans his impressive come-back with his outspoken memoirs that he utters to his writer Diane Nguyen, who is a ghost. Another personage is BoJack’s demanding agent Princess Carolyn, with whom the horse ends and renews relationship. Through these personages alongside BoLack’s roommate Todd and his bosom enemy Mr. Peanutbutter, who is also Diane’s boyfriend. BoJack Horseman is a satire on Hollywood and the whole show-business industry.

Season 1 of the animated series has enjoyed praising feedback. The ratings on the popular websites go to confirm it - BoJack Horseman is holding 84% on IMDb based on more than 31 thousand votes and 94% of average audience score on Rotten Tomatoes. In summer 2016 the fans of BoJack Horseman learnt the renewal decision for season 4.
