Wahlburgers

Wahlburgers is a widely acclaimed real-life restaurant business-themed series that has been airing on the A&E since January 22, 2014. A collaborate effort of44 Blue Productions, Closest to the Hole Productions and Donnie D Productions, Wahlburgers is executive produced by Donnie Wahlberg and Mark Wahlberg who also star in the unscripted program.

The Wahlburgers series follows the Wahlberg family who run take-out restaurants in the areas of Boston, New York, Orlando, Las Vegas, Detroit, Philadelphia, Myrtle Beach in South Carolina and even Toronto. The family comprises an A-list chef Paul Wahlberg, his brothers, famous actors Donnie Wahlberg (Blue Bloods, Saw films) and Mark Wahlberg (Patriots Day, The Departed) and their mother Alma. In each season, they branch out and expand their business from Boston to other cities. Besides, the viewers have an opportunity to take a look at the personal lives of the Wahlburgers owners.

The aspiring Wahlburgers development plan includes dozens more restaurants, and there is no doubt, the plan can be put into execution in the future. Speaking of the TV series, it supports the patent and attracts even more customers for the restaurants. The unscripted program is doing well in the ratings department, attracting a bit under 0.9 million viewers in average. Moreover, Wahlburgers has been twice nominated for Primetime Emmy as Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program. The program also has a spin-off, Donnie Loves Jennie, which was released in 2015.
